Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box and pack it securely in a shipping carton to prevent damage.
Apply the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our watchmakers inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
